Everyone's Elgin is one of the main current initiatives put forth by the Elgin- St. Thomas Workforce Development Partnership.

This is part of our effort to centralize information in Elgin County.

 

When the Partnership re-launched in 2022, the issues the Partnership decided to approach were determined using the Aylmer Elgin St. Thomas Community Safety and Well Being Plan.

After outlining the issues the Partnership planned to take on, we realized that the organizations involved in the Partnership were already working on so many incredible projects. We realized we needed a place for all of Elgin County to access, where all the opportunities and updates we know of are housed.
